An evidence based, developmentally informed intervention for children.

Play therapy is for children what counselling and psychotherapy is for adults. Play therapy supports children in a developmentally sensitive way. It is an evidence based practice, informed by research that indicates that it is an effective practice when working with children and even more effective when parents are directly engaged (Lin and Bratton, 2015).
